The entire lower floor of this Chattanooga North Shore home has been fitted out as a high end apartment comprising a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, open plan living room/kitchen and large private deck. Fully air conditioned with separate units for the bedroom and living area, all new appliances, tastefully furnished. WiFi provides you with access to Chattanooga's high speed Internet.
The dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle leads to steps providing a private entrance to this lower floor apartment.
The overall look is tasteful high-end industrial, with polished concrete and matching fixtures and furnishings. Blackout blinds throughout provide privacy and encourage great sleep. The private entrance from the large deck gives you all the independence you could wish for while exploring our city.
Kitchen counters are custom built from Philippine Mahogany, house all needed appliances and flow into an eating area/table with bar stools and a work area/desk suitable for "work from home" use. The full size refrigerator, combination microwave/convection oven, glass cooktop, dishwasher and all needed appliances provide a full working kitchen.
The living area has a large smart TV with inbuilt Roku, wall mounted for optimal viewing from the kitchen counter or sitting area. The futon provides comfortable seating and folds out queen size.
The bathroom with raised sink is finished with ceramic tiles that accentuate the beautiful waterfall shower with its glass enclosure.
The full laundry has generously sized washer and dryer units for your use, as well as a shelf system for storage.
The bedroom has a queen bed with Egyptian linen on a memory foam mattress and includes a full sized closet, a chest of drawers and under-bed storage for your luggage.

• Primary responsible renter must be 21 or older.
• There is no cable, only streaming via Netflix, Hulu, etc, so bring your log in information for your preferred streaming channels.
• We require a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself as well as your signature on our rental agreement to complete your reservation. Even if you make your reservation through AirBnB, HomeAway, etc (instead of directly on our website), we require this.
• Children under 12 years old are not allowed.
