Welcome to Seven Oaks Cottage, your Lookout Mountain country getaway!
This adorable cottage is nestled in a rural neighborhood just two minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park, Canyon Grill, Lookout Mountain Pizza Company and other Georgia gems!
With a scenic landscape view, you are sure to get the relaxing getaway you so deserve, while having the nearby convenience of restaurants and attractions.
Vibrant art adorns the walls and furnishings, as a local artist filled this home with her work! Make sure to take time to look at all the hand painted furnishings throughout the home!
ABOUT THE LAYOUT:
• Enter into the living room which features a cozy sofa for all to gather, a large Smart TV, and electric fireplace.
• Around the corner is the kitchen with an eat in dining table. The kitchen is stocked to the brim with all the cooking gadgets you need to prepare a meal! The stainless steel appliances and coffee bar fill this kitchen with charm!
• All three bedrooms are accessible off the main hall! The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a full bed.
• The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and full of vibrant colors!
• Down some stairs is the garage which cannot park a car, but is perfect for storing your kayak, bikes, or other adventure toys. Also a washer and dryer are available to you!
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
• Maximum occupancy of 6 guests at all times.
• Primary responsible renter must be 25 years old.
• We require a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself as well as your signature on our rental agreement to complete your reservation. We will send a reservation confirmation email to you, and the e-doc rental agreement is located at the bottom of this email( green tab.) Please complete all lines on the rental agreement. Even if you make your reservation through AirBnB, HomeAway, etc (instead of directly through our website) we require this.
• We do allow pets, but limit it to one large pet (over 35lbs) or two small pets (under 35lbs). There is a pet fee of $49 per pet to be paid to us directly via our payment portal.
• This house has high speed Internet for streaming. NO Cable.
• We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. We love guests of all types as long as they pay for the use of the property and take good care of that property during their stay
