The space itself is part of a 100 year old restored building with original hardwoods, high ceilings, and exposed brick. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal, have some morning coffee, or kick back with a couple of cocktails. The area is one of the most popular and happening locations in Chattanooga! You are walking distance to many of Chattanooga's best restaurants! Or, hop on a city bike (at the end of our block) and explore a little further.
The bedroom has a brand new queen sized mattress, pillows, and bedding.
The space has been updated with a new thermostat, smart door locks, and a washer and dryer for your comfort and convenience.
As stated above, this building is over 100 years old, so if you are noise-sensitive, this property is not a good fit. You will hear noises here from neighbors and surrounding businesses, so please plan accordingly with any tools you use - noise machine, ear plugs, etc...
We have neighbors above and a tap room downstairs. Again, if you are bothered by city noise or building noise, our loft may not be a good fit. Please consider before booking our space.

• Maximum occupancy of 2 guests at all times.
• Fireplace is for decoration only - Do Not Use.
• Primary responsible renter must be 25 years old.

* Street parking only in front of the building and in the parking lot across the street.
• We require a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself otherwise known as a "selfie" as well as your signature on our rental agreement to complete your reservation. We will send a reservation confirmation email to you, and the e-doc rental agreement is located at the bottom of this email( green tab.) Please complete all lines on the rental agreement. Even if you make your reservation through AirBnB, HomeAway, etc (instead of directly through our website) we require this.
