• There is a smart TV with a Roku. Please bring your log in info to your favorite streaming apps.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Maximum occupancy of 6 people at all times. Price varies based on number of guests.
• This is above a coffee shop and you can hear activity and talking below in the morning and while they are open. The coffee shop is open Wednesday-Saturday. They are closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
• There is no central heat or air, only space heaters and window A/C units
• The deck space is shared with coffee shop patrons.
• The Internet is shared with the coffee shop below.
• Not Pets Allowed
• Primary responsible renter must be at least 21 years old.
• We require a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself as well as your signature on our rental agreement to complete your reservation. Even if you make your reservation through AirBnB, HomeAway, etc (instead of directly on our website), we require this.
Special Note: Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. There is another vacation rental in the building, and we value good relationships with our neighbors and community so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. The welcome email was very helpful and included everything we needed to know about our stay. The property was described perfectly and check in/out was seamless.
The property was great! It was very clean, well appointed with dishes and linens and was in an excellent location. It is located above a great coffee shop that has not only delicious coffee, but delicious food options as well. The location is convenient to multiple hiking trails and within a short drive to Chattanooga.

Great communication every step of the way. Responded quickly when I reached out with a question.
I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for my family to spread out and the space really met our needs.
Rental was spotless! It is often difficult to make an older place feel clean, but that was definitely NOT the case here.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect and the coffee shop downstairs was a huge plus. I loved all of the character in this place. I hope to come back and will recommend it to others.

We absolutely loved the place and little town! The coffee shop below was perfect and had friendly service, delicious food, and outstanding coffee! We loved the park that was a few blocks away, and enjoyed the two restaurants that were in walking distance. It was a quiet place to enjoy a long weekend! We will go back!
