For a lot of us, it’s our favorite time of year in Chattanooga.
While the Farmer’s Almanac lists peak leaf color in Tennessee as October 12-28 and peak leaf color in Georgia as October 19-November 4, it is really hard to predict the timing of the best fall colors.
The leaves and forests are beautiful, but to me fall is about more than just colors. It is about the cooler temperatures and the events throughout the area that also bring that feeling of autumn. I think anytime throughout September, October and November are a great time to take part in the fall festivities.
