Our cancellation policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, you may receive 90% of your reservation cost as a refund.
If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, we cannot offer a refund. What we can do is attempt to rebook the dates of your reservation. If we are able to rebook the dates of your reservation, we can then hold your original payments as a credit to use within 180 days. If we are only able to rebook part of the dates of your original reservation ,then you will be credited the number of nights that were rebooked (for example, if your reservation is 4 nights, but it only rebooks for 3, your credit will be for the cost of the 3 nights, not 4).
We now partner with Rental Guardian and offer two kinds of insurance: Standard Insurance and Cancel for Any Reason Insurance. We STRONGLY recommend that you get travel insurance, especially since we are in a global pandemic.

On March 23, we suspended incoming reservations for the month of April due to the COVID-19 virus. While this was not a decision we made lightly, we chose to prioritize the health and safety of our housekeepers and guests as well as our owners. Our goal as a company has always been to establish a high standard of excellence and to act as an example of that excellence in the short term vacation rental industry. So in that same vein, we want to set a standard for others in the industry by highlighting the importance of social distancing as a country and encourage guests to not travel right now. We suspended incoming reservations until the end of April (and possibly) May. We will reevaluate reopening as time goes on.
This was not an easy decision to shut down and lay off 16 hardworking and dedicated employees, but for the best interest of everyone involved, we believe it is the right thing to do. At Chattanooga Vacation Rentals, our employees don’t just work “for” us; we all work together as a team. For this reason, we have put measures in place to ensure that every employee continues to receive the total amount for the average income they earn from us each month. We have done this initially by filing unemployment for each team member. Typically unemployment pays 60% of the average paycheck, so we have also started a non-profit organization to pay any gap between their average income and what unemployment will pay.

The first employee to benefit from this is currently working on her pilot's license,
as she wants to become an airline pilot. She just recently soloed! Thus, the name

We understand that times are challenging for many local businesses. The short term vacation rental industry, along with so many folks in hospitality, have also been hit very hard. However, we are doing our best to flatten the curve while protecting the health and financial security of our team members.
